Elk Hunting Unit 2 – New Mexico offers some of the very best elk hunting in the entire country. 4C outfitters offers public land hunts through the draw as well as some unit wide land owner tags as well. We offer fully guided hunts in units 2, 7, 4, 5B, 6B, 17, 16A, as well as others. Depending on what unit and hunt you draw will determine the class of bull we will be pursuing. A 16, 17, or 6B unit we have killed 350”+ bulls and that’s the quality of bulls we will be hunting. Unit 2, 7, 4, and 5B we will be hunting a lot of 290-300” class bulls with some possible encounters of some 320”+class bull. Our success rate in unit 2 is 95+%. You will see elk almost everytime you leave camp. Will turn down lots of bulls trying to find the bull you want. Just like we do with our deer, we try  to scout and keep tabs on certain bulls all summer and fall. Please get with us and lets talk about your next elk hunt!
